Meet Tim Winter, President
Paradigm Building Group, a family-owned and operated, full-service building company in Northern Virginia was founded by Owner and General Contractor, Tim Winter.
A native of Pittsburgh, PA Tim discovered his love for the building industry at a young age. At 18, he was rehabilitating run down homes and reselling them in the Pittsburgh area. After receiving his degree in Business from Penn State, Tim was recruited by Fortune 500 home builder NVR Inc, where he climbed his way through the ranks of Field Supervisor, various levels of Project Manager and Corporate Management. He was recognized with the Distinguished Builder Award for achievements in the construction community and commitment to customer service.
With over 12 years of real estate and construction experience, Tim took a leap of faith and launched Paradigm Building Group in 2007. He has orchestrated the company’s success by remaining client-project focused. This dedication to customer service has defined Tim’s career in construction and has earned him the opportunity to successfully work on a multitude of diverse projects. Paradigm Building Groups’ portfolio of work ranges from residential custom homes to large-scale commercial restaurant renovations.
In his free time, Tim enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf and learning about good food and wines. He is also a member of several industry and community organizations, including a leadership role in the CBMC.
